We visited the Evesham store yesterday around 12pm there were 3 members of staff by the doors.We started to shop but found the first aisle to busy and unable to social distance it was the same with the next aisle.There were so many people in the store with nobody social distancing. I put the two items I had in my trolley and we left the store.We made a comment by the girl on the doors.Then noticed as we were driving away they were making people wait to enter.It was the one shop I did shop in as I was impressed with the social distancing but won't be happy to shop again if there not checking on how many people are in

We had a Chinese takeaway for two ,it was ample to say the least ! Better than a local takeaway ,very easy as all cooked at the same temperature ,would highly recommended because the taste was superb ,empty plate ,'proof of the pudding is in the eating '

I love this m&s store! The variety is unbelievably good. The staff are very polite and courteous and always ready to help. The fresh fruit stays fresh for a long time when you bring it home.

My elderly mother had outstanding service from a young man called Tom who took the time to talk to her and look after her beyond service required. He helped her and talked to her patiently and it was much appreciated. Outstanding customer service

Could be a bit cleaner, but I could have arrived after a rush and they hadn't got round to clearing all the tables yet. Otherwise it's OK for an in store cafe.

Cafe, serves hot and cold food. Take away your drinks too if you are wanting a drink if you haven't got time to sit in. In store online collection of clothing, home (not furniture) Online food order collections, order flowers, hampers, Christmas gifts, food and New Year food.Good choice of flowers. Foods from all around the world includes Gluten free, Vegetarian and Vegan.

Went in yesterday (19 February 22) to do my shopping, ended up getting takeaway coffee. The ladies especially the one with beautiful red hair were very helpful. She carried my coffee out to my car so as not to spill any, above and beyond in today’s age

Food quality as we have come to expect. The shopping experience was marred somewhat by the use of the self service checkout which I used as the normal checkouts only had one operating on a busy morning. Wish I had queued as the checkout took twice as long, having to call the operator 6 times for 12 items of shopping. In the end the store manager did the remaining items and then had to bag it anyway. Never again until they can get them to work properly. Keep checkout people in a job I say.

This is a Food only M@S outlet. The store is quite large with good toilet facilities and plenty of car parking availability. There is also a very busy and most enjoyable cafe on sight that is very popular.
