Great place for small business

I rang Gail, asked for an office and she said one available the 1st of November…. I viewed it, told her I’d take it, she said she will email the docs… 15th of the month I started chasing… she confirmed she will send them to me on the 18th when she arrives at the office… just been told on today 19th the director has given it his mate… I now have a week to find an office… there reply is ‘nothings signed’, I understand I can’t sue but common decency and politeness is free… and it seems this business doesn’t have any.Thanks again,
