Such bad customer service: I just went to drop off a parcel. The shopkeeper refused to take my parcel stating they would not take large parcels at night. I should come back in the morning before the collection driver comes. This is unacceptable. I have dropped off the exact same size parcel at this shop before. Nowhere does it say that this shop only accepts small parcels or accepts large parcels only at certain times. To return in the morning is not an option given that I have just made an unnecessary journey and am now out of the fuel costs.
