Amazing bouncy castle hire. Planet bounce are perfect. Happy daughter and never had a problem. If they don't answer your messages or calls they are most likely picking up or delivering another castle so they aren't being ignorant. Would order again 10/10.

Really easy booking system. They were very friendly and efficient at setting up and taking down the bouncy castle.

Great company would 100% recommend. Was a last minute order the online ordering system was great and easy to use. Delivered on time and we got an extra day for free the kids loved it and my 3 year old had a fab 2 days bouncing away for his birthday. Thankyou and will definitely use again in the future.

Wouldn’t use this company again. Terrible communication from them when asking for confirmation of booking (as I had no email) and also when they failed to turn up to collect the bouncy castle. They arrived the next day after ignoring my text messages and phone calls. Unfortunately the customer service element seems to be missing or is simply something they don’t value.Addition in response to below: I have since been sent multiple text messages being told how absurd I am for expecting better customer service and blaming me for writing a bad review when he is going through something I knew nothing about. My point was, if you are still running your company and providing a service in return for payment just communicate with your customers better or when you reach out to rectify a situation after a bad review , apologise for the service and calmly explain the reason, which of course, I would understand.
