Staff not helpful had a trolley full and no offer to help pack noticed one of my juice bottles was squashed so asked for another one he replied u can get it yourself bearing in mind I was still packing my shopping I asked if he could get a different one dont think he was impressed bit of good customer service wouldn't of gone a miss

Decent selection of frozen food, ample car parking space and shelves and freezers are well stocked. I’ll be honest, I only went in for the Slimming World meals as I’d heard they were exclusively sold through Iceland and they do have a great choice of these.The staff were okay, they looked a bit short staffed, one person on the till and the till lanes are very tightly packed together, boxes of canned drinks are behind the tills which I thought was strange.

Inexpensive foods you should probably avoid. Lots of sugary nibbles and easy carbs like pizza etc. There are some vegetables and (I assume) other healthy options, but not noticeably so.

3 for £5 range is great, home brand you actually get a good amount of food, the difference deserts and ice cream available is fantastic, the overall range of products is good, great value and home delivery available.

The store definitely isn't what it use to be. Use to be great in the 90's.... fully stocked and awesome staff. Well I did work there in the 90's lol

Quite a small shop but plenty of parking outside. Has a good range of fresh fruit, veg, plenty of frozen items and other bits. Do find a lot of items to be rather expensive which puts me off but some are okay value. The area around tills is small but cannot be changed with the overall size of the store.Staff friendly and never had issues when purchasing items, Was asked for ID when buying alcohol so that's a positive. Overall a decent shop if you need bits close to home!

This store looks deceiving in size but is a lot bigger than it actually looks. It stocks a heq of a lot of stock and all at the iceland prices we have come to know and trust

Just come out of this branch and was spoken to disgustingly at till. Just because I handed my bonus card to her and for the first Time ever she shouted are you over 60 and I said yes..Well where's your proof!!! So I looked for my bus pass found it and she shouted..you obviously don't read the information do you. So be careful guys. There was no need for that outburst as I was very polite and greeted her with a smile. No excuse to be rude to a customer.
