I use to be able to find groovy, unique cards here. What happened???? Yikes!!! I think they need to toss all the ugly merchandise and start anew. I don't recommend. I literally couldn't find one, blank card that wasn't a fish, kitten, flower or a sad attempt at pop art.

Great little shop selling cards, gifts and wrap, art prints and framing service. Slightly pricey as to be expected in Clifton village! They made me a custom size mount for a decent price, collected same day.

Appalling customer service. The owners act like they don’t want your business! I have given this shop the benefit of the doubt but will be stopping at the third chance. I have witnessed the owner accusing a customer who had just paid for card of already taking the cards when the owner had in fact dropped them on the floor behind the counter, rudeness when asking if I can pay with Apple Pay ( I was buying 5 cards at £3+ each!) and, whilst trying to support local business on one of the late night Christmas shopping events a was rudely asked to return tothe front door and leave an (empty) mulled wine cup (purchased from the local seller outside) at the door! I was wearing a mask so clearly not drinking and carrying the cup until I found a bin! There are plenty of other lovely shops in Clifton, I suggest buying cards from people who appreciate your business.

Male management called me an “embarrassment” loud and clear for other customers to hear not once but twice, lectured me on so-called trading standards and reminded me that I’m not online shopping… all for politely requesting a refund on a plastic sealed item I’d bought within the last hour as I realised it wasn’t suitable. Someone in a bad place may not have taken that kind of public humiliation in their stride like I did today. You could hear a pin drop - customers were just as shocked as I was. My friends and family often buy cards in here - not anymore. If you are struggling as a business that bad, some customer service would go a long way. Good luck to you

A really great shop. Excellent selection of greetings cards and art prints. The fantastic window displays are always a highlight of any trip to Clifton. Really lovely staff.

Miserable sods in this shop, and they act as if you're a burden in their shop. I've been in a few times and each time have been met with irritation and hostility when standing there waiting to be served, seemingly interrupting and upsetting the women behind the counter chatting amongst themselves. Go elsewhere.

So glad I found this brilliant independent card shop. The staff are lovely, the stock is incredible and the picture framing service is second to none. Cant recommend it highly enough. 11/10
