I love this vet. My cats are comfortable and relaxed at this vets so glad I picked them. Willow,Spanner and Tyche are more intrested in getting fuss from the vet than what the vets doing. Makes a nice experience for us all. Costs are reasonable and pet vip plan works out perfectly for flea,worm prevention. And covering vaccinations.

As a family we have used Downland for all of our pets for over 40 years. There has been the odd vet we have not been too keen on (no longer there) but overall could not be more satisfied with the services we have received. A thoroughly kind, caring and efficient practice.

Friendly, helpful, understanding and professional vets. We've a cat and dog with them and both are treated excellently no matter what we go in for. 3 local practices means you can be seen very quickly if necessary. Would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding care from the Bognor branch after our two dogs were handed in as missing/lost this Saturday morning. They escaped due to a newly installed garden gate that didn’t lock correctly. If this company wasn’t open today, I have no idea how our dogs would have been safely handed in and returned to us moments later. Thank you so much to all the wonderful team members who helped. This surgery has looked after all of my family’s pets. They’re kind, respectful and always helpful. After years of looking after my cat, they came to our home to put our cat to sleep and sent a condolences card the following week. I’d always take my pets there.

I would highly recommend the Bognor Regis Downland Vet Practice. I have seen 3 or 4 different vet practitioners with my cat and they have all been kind, caring. Informative and professional as have the nurses. The receptionists are also very welcoming and helpful. The reception area is very clean and tidy and there is an area for cats with towels to cover their carrier to reduce stress levels.
