Recently had Chris and company installA security system and maintain the smoke alarms. Really reassuring service from the start. It’s kind of a pre-requisite that you feel safe with a security company and we absolutley did. Have called since with a couple of operational queries which have been answered happily. Tidy and considerate during practical work. Fully recommend.

Chris has helped me several times. Firstly he replaced CCTV cameras that were badly fitted by another company hence they had stopped working. After a few years one camera went wrong. He told me things to try first that might fix the issue, and they worked. He then patiently talked me through setting up the software wizard again. Very reliable, very patient and very accessible. I was in dire need of an alarm specialist on Easter Sunday morning (my intruder alarm was going off and I couldn't reset and silence it) I rang around to any company that said they were operating that day and most of them said sorry but if I didn't have a contract with them they wouldn't come out. Luckily I rang Chris of CWS who came out promptly, fixed the problem and for a very reasonable price and even threw in a tutorial and checked the rest of the PIRs. Thank you Chris. Highly recommended.
