Very helpful staff.

A good experience. Went there 10 minutes earlier and they were okay with it. Wait for your turn, show your provisional licence, put your belongings in a locker and wait for the turn and when called, attempt the test. The staff was cooperative

Staff were friendly and attemted to put all at ease - lovely clean, well staffed centre.

Clean, tidy and efficient. Rule very strict, not allowed to bring anything inside the theory test room. Locker available, but quite small, to put your things (wallet, phone, coat, vest, etc)All staffs are very nice and helpful

Professional and restricted manner of staff

Studied,went to the exam for the LGV,sat down,one of the questions was:What do you use to secure a partially loaded lorry with live stock?What?How is that relevant to the job that you will do?What if you never carry livestock in your life?!How about questions that are from this world?(environment,brakes,first aid,road sign,all that).And the exam was full of questions like that.Sounds like milking for money.And the government cries that they have no drivers.Of course you don't if the person learns some normal stuff and is being asked how do they secure sheeps in the lorry?"."
