Purchased a Macbook Pro from Saf back in June at a computer fair in Oldbury. Really pleasant guy, very helpful and polite, along with his colleague. (possibly other half. Maybe) really nice couple. Even chucked us in a carry case for it as no box.Couple of months down the line, unfortunately the Mac just kept freezing up and wouldn't function. I emailed Saf regarding my issues and got it sent back up to him to have a look for himself. Less than a week later my issue was resolved so professionally and efficiently, I must say I'm really impressed with the level of service I received from start to finish. I would 100% purchase from Saf again and would highly recommend him to other potential buyers.A pleasant transaction from start to finish despite a minor hiccup in the middle.Certainly one very satisfied customer here!Top job Saf and the Team!
