Stonewater

Been with Stonewater for over 18 years now since they were Jephsons Housing Association and all they care about is money till this day. My cousin died in her flat was lying there for 3 weeks and they made her sister clean the mess up. I've been left with water running through electrics, no toilet and boiler. As a long standing tenant I wouldn't advise anyone to move in to one of their properties because a life of misery will start there. If I could afford to move I would of gone years ago. I can't think of one good thing to say about Stonewater, They never put the customer first.

Disgusting company. Happy to put tenants in hospital because they won't do simple repairs. Breach every tenancy they have. Run by greed. They'll take your rent but refuse to do any repairs. My property is not fit to be rented. They do not care at all about their tenants.THIS HOUSING ASSOCIATION IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

My daughter and grandaughter aged 9 have lived in stonewater housing association after having moved from another housing association in Surrey through a refuge first I truly have never come across a more incompetent HA shes had no showers working for months they don't seem bothered the workmen arnt bothered about doing a good job you can tell, one shower leaks so badly there is mould growing all in her bedroom and hallway she can't even shower in her own home which she pays rent for you hear so many people complaining i don't know how in this day and age they get away with it letting people live in these conditions im looking into taking it further now but from what I hear they probably won't be bothered

No hot water for I have had no hot water for over a month now and my cold water pressure all of a sudden dropped. This means I’ve been unable to take medication and has caused me to severely deteriorate. I demanded a meeting with the manager face-to-face at the Bournemouth office and instead received a phone call saying if I turn up they will end my tenancy instantly.My local MP is now involved as the breakdown in communication between Stonewater, and Ian Williams is truly horrendous. Ian Williams have shown me emails in which Stonewater tell them to do cheap simple repairs instead of replacing stuff like the boiler. This house in Association really does not care about its tenants.

My grandaughter has been emailing you about the anti social behaviour being shouted at to her daughter, which coming from her next door neighbour. This constant abuse that she is giving to my great grandaughter has affected her very much as my grandaughter and great grandaughter were subjected to this type of abuse for 4 years, at her previous address. She was assured by the letting agent of yours that this was a quiet residence with no issues reported of noise, anti social behaviour, drink or drug abuse. She has been in this property of yours for 3 weeks and it has been constant with the occupants at number 4 screaming and shouting abuse at my 4 year old great grandaughter in the garden, Glass breaking, noise, drinking etc the list goes on. She has contacted you twice and heard nothing from you. My 4 yr great grandaughter is frightened of the slightest bit of noise, scared to go in the garden and play, scared to play indoors and clinging to her mum, grandparents and great grandparents when we visit, but the clinging to her mum now is almost constant. Your communication skills are non existent, complaints left to be ignored and forgotten about, untruthful in the details you give to future residents, repairs and upgrades again ignored. I am only sorry that I could not give you any stars at all. I also regret talking my grandaughter into taking this house for a new start for her and her daughter with no abuse etc. thanks for nothing. Future residents should beware of your housing association. I am also still waiting for a reply call I made 3 weeks ago, where we left a message with our phone number to no avail, so again thanks but I will go elsewhere for advice and to see what action can be taken against you as the unresponsible housing association you are.

Me and my daughter live in one of their properties for a 6 years now. I had already so many issues. They exposed us to asbestos for nearly 2 years before.For 2 years been trying to get them to do something. They came and fixed it finally because I contacted solicitors. Now there are issues again. The bathroom ceiling is leaking breaking and falling down and again we are exposed to asbestos not even saying the ceiling that might fall on us anytime. Been reporting this since November 22. They haven't done anything so far.

Ive live my house now for five years, when I first moved in my housing officer fro. Stonewater said the the phone set the kitchen on fire so they at to put bits of the different kitchen in. I been ask for a new kitchen has the kitch is really bad and give years on. No kitchen. No call try and call they say we'll call back never do. I have mental health and this is really getting to me now. My cook it buy my living room door and have I little children so I. Any us the cooker it's horrible!!!

I live in one of their properties in is practically impossible to get anything repaired or maintained. Which is the responsibility of stonewater. The garden where I live looks like steptoe and sons junkyard. We have weeds more than a metre high. It's very dirty the garden full of rubbish. Really they are terrible landlord.
