I have a very poorly cat, Amy, with a very low blood count and really not grand. Nicole has been the best. She has been amazing, empathetic, understanding and has taken so much time and care to try to understand the cause and solutions. Everyone in the vet knows Amy now and have cuddled and loved her. She isn't out of the woods yet but I could not have asked for more care and attention. This is the best and most reasonable priced vets I have ever used. They are fabulous.

This dog got the very best care in an emergency situation. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I could not thank them enough for all they did.

I had to take my Patterdale Terrier , George , to a vet when he started limping on his front right paw . Having never been to any vets for many years I asked my son to recommend one . He'd had Darlington Vets Clinic recommended to him so I went there . The vet said George had , probably , a piece of glass in his pad , so they'd have to operate . He was given an injection , then an anaesthetic face mask . Cue x-rays and an operation , followed by more x-rays , involving two vets and two nurses , and then his paw was bandaged and we waited for him to come round after the mask was removed . Success . Time to pay the extremely low bill and be given some doggy painkillers !I had to bring him back for re-dressing 3 times in the next week ,at the third of which it was found that the wound was infected so he got antibiotics and more painkiller . Time to pay again - an equally impressively low amount !SIX more visits for re-dressing - NO CHARGE !!Super professionals , very caring , unbelievable value , recommended by me to all the other dog walkers we meet who ask about his bandaged leg , most of whom have horror stories about bills !

Brilliant. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and vaccines were reasonably priced. Glad I switched to Darlington Vet Clinic from elsewhere in Darlington.

This vet clinic is a cold and heartless practice only interested in your money not the well-being of your pet!. My experience of this clinic has been absolutely horrific, the lack of care shown to my dog after her life saving surgery has caused myself and my family a lot of upset and stress and my poor dog a lot of unnecessary pain.This clinic would rather throw your dog out to die or be euthanized than to offer you any kind of payment flexibility. They will sell you medications wrong for your dog to make more money from you and falsely diagnose problems before actually having the facts. Definitely Not the animal centred care they claim to be but quite the opposite. If you love your pets avoid this place like the plague. I’d hate for anyone else to go through this heartbreaking experience with their pet.
