Manchester Knife Sharpening and Restoration
Honed to perfection, cut a tomato almost by virtue of its own weight with no discernable carving action; blades brilliantly restored to as new condition. Courteous, efficient service, value pricing (based on knives being in blunt condition and no other damage). We took two knives and are very pleased with the results. Live in Manchester, why go anywhere else for superb traditional hand-honed knife sharpening? Recommended.

Knives appeared sharp until I got into the kitchen and they were not as sharp as they could have been, noticeable after some days. Gladly, a senior chef with his knife sharpener and knowledge of sharpening angles bought my knives back to life.

Great service and communication! I had three knifes sharpened and they are like new, razor sharp! instead of buying a new lawnmower blade i had it sharpened and its honestly sharper then new.

Luke gave a friendly and professional service; quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Very happy with the difference in sharpness of my knife. 4 stars out of 5 given due to not having had chance to test out my knife yet. I will be a returning customer for sure.

I just had all mine done by Manchester Knife Sharpening and Restoration and they are all SO MUCH BETTER.And since they do custom handles, I also had one knife with a cracked handle fixed up with one that matches our backsplash perfectly. Very happy indeed.

Manchester Knife Sharpening and Restoration
I’ve been to this sharpener twice with a total of 4 knives so far and I am a chef so I get a good enough use out of my knives if I’m in work or at home. Working with a busy schedule and limited whetstones it’s a lot easier to give my knives to Luke. His sharpening skills are better than mine and most of the chefs I’ve worked with over the years. I can trust this fella as there’s a massive differences, I don’t even need to use any pressure when cutting as the edges are super sharp. The service he gives is fast, nice and friendly too
