Got in touch a couple weeks back after the back door stopped locking, leaving dogs and the house at risk - we were able to get a same day callout where the work was done to a perfect standard all within about 5 minutes. Couldn't ask for better service!

Called Mick at the shop, told him the problem with one of my windows (mechanism not engaging when turning the handle), he came around the next day at the time he said he would, had it all fixed in 10 minutes and showed me how the old mechanism broke. Good, fast service for a fair price (I paid around £72). Came recommended from a different window shop who stopped doing repairs (loads of the shops on Trust A Trader listed don't do repairs anymore, but the website isn't updating)

I recently moved to Leigh and needed my front and back door locks changing. Phoned them up, and he came round first thing in the morning to change them. All for a really good price too! Will definitely be contacting them again for all my future needs.

These guys are amazing! I broke the front door handle on my new home, only been in 4 days… they advise you to change the locks anyway so I phoned them up. They came out within 3 hours and did both the front and back door locks. Couldn’t have been nicer and more efficient, thanks again! X

Great service - requested 3 matching locks on same key, rang me back same afternoon all done.WATCH OUT though - even though this is a high street shop, you will be charged 20% MORE than the advertised prices because it us their custom not to quote the real price unless you ask if VAT is included. Otherwise five stars.
