I had a nail (gel, manicure and hand massage) session at mine. Dima came on time, her equipment was too notch and my nails are perfect. She even took more time than what was scheduled because she was making sure everything was high quality. It’s also so convenient to have someone coming to your house! Definitely recommend

I had a great experience using wecasa. I booked a one hour Californian massage with Latoya who managed to change my living room into a peaceful environment. Very professional and relaxing. Super easy to book on the app. I can only recommend !!!

Great experience with Wecasa! I booked a cleaning service for a Sunday evening, Giselle came and did the whole flat in 3 hours. Very professional, very fast, very friendly too. The app is super easy to use and you can book a one off if necessary. You can directly talk to the professional on the app and say what you want ahead of the appointment. This meant that Giselle already knew what I was wanted and brought with her the appropriate products! I can only recommend !

Poor service provided by the cleaner, arriving 15 minutes late and leaving 1 hour early whilst being paid for the full allocated time. As expected the cleaning was not thorough and I then spent 2 hours myself cleaning properly.After contacting customer service to report the issue and attempt a resolution they refunded 30 minutes and saw the matter closed.Would definitely not use this service again and not recommend.

Disgraceful. Sent the cleaner who was 30 min late with terrible attitude, couldn't bother to clean when asked. Just swept and moped the floor. Waste of money. The company didn't bother to support us just said to book another cleaning service with 35% off, to waste more money.The cleaner had to sweep and mop the kitchen and 3 rooms. She did kitchen and only 2 rooms. The rest of rooms the carpet was removed so no need to do anything. The house has NO furniture either. There were 3 bathrooms (empty) and she didn't even touched it. Not even 1. She had 4 h to clean. She was provided with equipment. And you still replied with lie and asked me to book another service. You guys are disgraceful.

I had a few cancellations for no reason at all but Wecasa customer service stepped in and helped resolved the issue.I chose 3* only because the start of the service I should have received was a let down but my rating will change the more the use their services.I had my pro cleaner and she was lovely and done the job well. I would definitely recommend Wecasa service to all who needed it.

Great service from Wecasa! Booked a 3 hour deep clean and the cleaner did a fantastic job. She arrived on time, deep cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room and was very professional, highly recommend!

As a cleaner, do not work for this company!!! There app doesn’t even work i missed a client who rebook with me nothing was on the app. For them to turn around and tell me its not the app fault but me who missed it!I have only good reviews on my page why would i want to miss a good client?This happened in may. Now in September 2023 they decided to take the money without never speaking to me beforehand. I tried to call them all morning nobody is answering the phone.I am advising any cleaner looking for a job to not even think about this company. I will never work with them ever again. Very poor management.How can i speak to management when nobody is answering the phone all morning???CLEANERS BE AWARE. Do not work for this company. You wont be paid nobody will contact you. The only time you will receive an answer will be if you give them a bad review.

Would be great if you could select your own massage therapist by seeing their profiles and reviews first. And if they decline then select another/choose to offer it to anyone.

Great App My Hairstylist was unable to come due to illness and I was desperate to have my hair done. So onto the Wecasa App and within a few hours a new Hairstylist was found. Yesterday she arrived...so happy. Fantastic
