Ordered a Nashville box, the burger was disgusting all I could taste was salt, chips tasted undercooked, wings were not nice, only nice thing was the stir fry donner, got food poisoning and 3 days later I am still getting really really bad stomach pain, don’t know how the other branches are, but will not be ordering from Smash Official again. I don’t usually leave reviews but now that it’s been 3 days and I am still getting stomach pain, it is unacceptable, they should not be serving food. Checked the other reviews and others have got food poisoning too.Personally think you should avoid smash official unless you want to be kept awake and not be able to go into work.

The smash burgers are incredibly delicious, especially the duo smashed beef burger. The meat is of excellent quality and leaves no unpleasant aftertaste. It's reassuring to know that the quality has been consistent.

The food was not nice at all not worth £30 also they misplaced my order the donner had a horrible tangy taste the wings bland and had no flavour to them could have made better at home my self this is only the second smash burger I've ever had, and it will be definitely be the last from this place please avoid at all costs

Have been a loyal customer but the standards have dropped. A few times now the burger meat was overcooked and dry and not juicy at all. Chips were also cold. When you stop caring about quality customers go elsewhere, I know I will.

As with everything in Bradford, starts off good then massively goes down hill. First time I went I couldn't really fault anything however the second time which was more recent:The mince used for the burgers STUNK and gave me an upset stomach.The inside of the restaurant is just grimy, dirty and unclean.The staff are not well presented at all.Don't even get me started on their toilet facilities.You're best finding somewhere much nicer and safer to eat.. AVOID.
