My daughter recommended that I have my eyelashes done at ND before our holiday, as she had been thrilled with hers. I popped in to be tested for the treatment and had my nails manicured. Jay was super, and I was very impressed with the whole experience.I'm looking forward to my lift and tint.

My whole visit today was wonderful from start to finish. Elissa did my manicure and pedicure and did a beautiful job and it was exactly what I wanted. She even started from scratch mid way through my pedicure as we decided it wasn't the look we were going for. She made me feel very comfortable and communicated very well that it was exactly what I wanted.Abbie did my lashes and again was brilliant from the start. Checking I was comfortable and that the tape and pads used under my eyes weren't uncomfortable. Continued checking me throughout the session. Both ladies were great and very lovely to chat to throughout my appointments at natural definition today. Such sn amazing salon. All of the ladies are lovely.

I went for a body consultation and Sarah was very welcoming and put you at ease. Gave options to what would best me and also listened to what I had to say. Highly recommendHad 2 x sessions so far with Sarah and very happy and impressed with how its going...highly recommend

I adore going to Natural Definition. I've been going to Sarah for fat freezing, cavitation and lashes. Not only is she the epitome of professionalism. and so warm and welcoming; I was guided through the process from start to finish and made to feel very valued and comfortable. Sarah also did hybrid lashes for me ahead of my holiday and they are exactly how I like them; I don't feel them, no irritation and her treatment room is such a calming, relaxing place. I always feel so great leaving ND, super pampered!!

I’ve just had my follow up with Sarah for a course of 3D dermaforce facials and I’m so pleased with the results. Sarah has been amazing, she explained how the procedures worked the results and benefits, I would definitely recommend Sarah and Natural Definition.

I had my eyelash extensions. The experience was not nice at all, as the performer Oliver was not communicating at all. The eyelash extension I did on 2/9/23, pulled out the next day without me washing my face.This is the second tim e I used their service. The first experience witSarah was very good. She communicated from the start of the process to the end. The eyelash extensions she did for me lasted more than expected.I don’t think I will ever use their services again because it’s a waste of money and time.I’m impressed by the staff especially jay and Sarah . They contacted me immediately after my review to make sure I was okay, which made me feel good and as well made a difference to how I was feeling after my appointment.
