I have had my hair done here three times now. Twice by Abi and once by Brittany. Each time I have felt at ease with the stylist, who always offers expert advice and guidance around what is available and what I would like the result to be. The salon has a fantastic atmosphere and everyone who works there could not do more for you. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of going.

I went in today for a fridge putting in which I was very nervous about due to me never putting a style or anything like that in my hair and I had Brittany today and she made me feel so comfortable and did an absolutely amazing job with my hair, she has done an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable, would 100% recommend her! Will definitely be going back, the staff are so lovely there and always make me feel comfortable when going

Millie has worked her magic yet again. Feeling like a new woman. I got so many compliments on the colour last time. Leah had been brilliant with my little girl today. She loves Lady Leah.Would not go to any other salon and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely gutted. Booked an appointment ages ago for 6pm as I’m flying out on holiday tomorrow morning. I have been busy all day getting things done for my holiday and I had an other appointment booked for 8.30pm. Plenty of time for a regrowth, cut and blow dry. I still had the colour on my head at 19.40. The hairdresser was too busy chatting away to her friend to bother with my appointment. I had to leave with wet hair tied up and no cut. She cheekily said to me your appointment is until 8pm and I responded well you’re not going to cut it and blow dry it in 10 mins now are you? She replied well no I’m not. £45 lighter in my pocket for a root colour that is too dark and doesn’t match my hair colour and not styled or cut. I’d have been better off attempting it myself with a £10 box colour.

Such a lovely experience at Head office as always, the girl are always so welcoming! Brittany did an amazing job getting my highlights sorted and brightening me up ready for my Wedding day! Thanks!

Tori was amazing. I was nervous changing my hair after years and years of not stepping foot in a salon and she did such a wonderful job. I felt so at ease and was made to feel like a friend rather than a client.I love the extensions , the colour is subtle and well advised next to my dark natural hair. I was really made to feel welcomed and looked after.I left feeling like a new woman ☺️Thank you Tori!

Professional and friendly. Heather cuts my long, coarse, thick hair beautifully. No other hairdresser has ever cut my hair in my whole life so well and I am now 61 years . I always wait for Heather to be available - she truly is fabulous. When I leave the salon my hair cut makes me feel confident for all my meetings and pretty...highly recommended .Photos show before at work and after..

I visited Head Office today for the first time. The advice I was given from Brittany & Abbie about the best way of achieving my desired colour was perfect and I am so happy with the result from my first visit. They made me feel welcome and comfortable straight away, and can't wait to return soon to continue my hair journey with them.
