Wonderful car renting experience with Green Motion Car & Van Rental. We hired a car for 3 weeks and customer service was top notch from start to finish. Pick up was easy though plan for a bit of extra time. Hamad took us around and through the car in good detail and this was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the upgrade to a Mercedes and had a blast driving around. Opening hours were good, location on a quiet street lets you get used to the car before hitting the traffic, and drop off was a breeze. Would use again.

From the start I had a really great friendly service. It was easy and quick, my details were entered online and very quickly verified when I collected the vehicle. The Peugeot 208 was a fantastic, immaculate 2020 model. The return process was equally easy and quick. My deposit was returned to my credit card literally within minutes of returning the vehicle. I would definitely use green motion Washington st Birmingham again and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

Avoid at all costs. When they fail trying to sell you all the extras, they invent damage charges when you return the car. Staff are rude and do what they want with zero professionalism. Take pictures of the vehicle at every angle before you drive off because they don't check the car with you and upon return, try to charge you for scratches that don't exist. Then you get an email advising even more damages hours later. They take pictures of the 'scratch' without you being present then expect you to sign something to accept it and pay an extortionate price for nothing. Horrible experience. Have always used them and never had any issues but the Birmingham airport crew a a bunch of scammers. Can you see a scratch on these photos!?

Amazing service and a great van. The van was actually larger than expected, and I spoke to Ishaq who said he will try and get the high spec vehicle if possible. It was in excellent condition and had Android Auto, about 8 USB ports, heated seats, and a lot of other extras. It drove really well and smooth, no problems at all.Ishaq and Kamil were really helpful with their service, both the collection and drop off were very smooth, quick, and very COVID compliant. They were very flexible about the seats and helped me dismount the extra seats which were very heavy and really complicated to take out so I could fit some extra luggage. They also recommended some options and offered a discounted upgrade to an automatic car and a fuel policy (pre purchasing) which worked well for me as I was driving a lot of miles.Overall, highly recommend these guys. Could not have expected a smoother experience or a better car. I had to drive nearly 450 miles in a 24 hour period, and the car was very comfortable and made the drive quite enjoyable.

Me and my partner hired a car from green motion a few weeks ago. The customer service was excellent from ibrahim, very happy with his service. He made us feel so welcome, very polite and bubbly. Renting the car went well. Very satisfied overall. Best rental company we’ve ever used. Definitely recommend to others and we will definitely be coming back.

I rented for the first time from Green Motion this weekend. The experience was excellent: the car was perfect, the rates are highly competitive, and the staff are very down to earth and friendly. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend people give them a try.

If I could leave a minus review I would!!Arrived to pick up car & it hadn't been cleaned , also picking it up took an hour as assistant blocked my credit card , I think on purpose so I would pay deposit on debit card which was going to cost me extra!!!Car hadn't been checked over properly as damage to wheels wasn't marked on damage sheet, they tried to blame me for this on returning car. Thankfully I had photographs !!! As a result of vehicle not being ready and time taken to collect car, we missed a family funeral we traveled over for. Ne refund given from green motion. Very disappointing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! Pack of amatures, there are better car hire places available.

I rented a car with Green Motion. There were 2 small scratches near the boot. I didn't cause these scratches but I was forced to pay for them because I couldn't prove my innocence. Both marks were under the 'chargable measurement'. However because there were 2 marks they charged the distance between the marks. It cost £475 which is far beyond the repair cost and I feel like I have been cheated by Green Motion. I have rented hundreds of cars over the years and have never been cheated this poorly or treated as badly by their customer service team. I have learnt my lesson - it is definitely worth paying more for car rental with a more honest company.
