Plenty of parking. Either steps or a flat, level access for wheelchairs/push chairs. Helpful, friendly reception staff. Went to an Exercise Referral class downstairs. A lift is available also. Clean toilets. Accessible toilets available. Professional, friendly, fun and knowledgeable class instructor - Clare.

Lovely community place for residents in town. Been to the toddler soft play the first time since here for a while, lovely nice room with soft play toys and bouncy castle, excellent price for two hour play. Only disappointed by destructive children taking off toys of my child but parents pretended not seeing that and continued chatting; and them eating and drinking in the padded area so at times the play area was a bit sticky. Had a nice morning tho thank you.

For family swimming, it’s adequate, although people have a habit of taking the family rooms completely for themselves for the entire session.

Chepstow Leisure Centre
Just joined the gym on a 60+ scheme(includes swimming). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Gym equipment is modern with visual exercises that can be suited to your requirements. Instructions given on first induction. It's also cost-effective in comparison to other gyms in the area.

Great place for Sauna and activities, swinning need to booked separately. Can do with a regular cleaning in changing rooms on weekends.

A lovely little swimming pool, friendly staff, changing rooms always particularly clean, tidy and the floor as dry as possible.
