So impressed with my nails. I had an infill and cut down of my acrylic nails with a gel polish. The best my nails have looked in the 20+ years I have had acrylic nails. The pricing is very good here as well. I recommend getting your nails done here

Love this place! My mum had been wanting her nails done properly for ages and we were recommended Amy's Nails by a friend; they are so welcoming and helpful. We typically get gel nails and they last for up to 5 weeks! So happy and love their loyalty program!

I've been going there for years now- I have tried all salons in B. Stortford and this is very clean(Contrary to all other salons), customer service is excellent. Technicians are friendly and do not make you feel like a number.Prices and end product are really good, never waited long.

everytime i get my nails done at amy’s my nails just completely pop off they don’t glue the nails down properly got my nails done last thursday and on the saturday a nail had pinged of them again today another nails pinged off and can feel a couple are about to come off.

Orribile nails. Look like I had them for one week already after 2 days.The guy put the tip on my nails in a very fast way and not even checking properly what size I would needed.The lady was in a rush and she looked like she just wanted do get free from work, she finished my nails in less than 30 minutes. Unhappy in general. I will never go back.

Normally really good been coming since open but went to get nails done for holiday with 2 others and they were rude when they had done the nails wrong and was denied their mistake. Refused to fix mistake at first until they was told wasn't gonna get paid for thar set and had fine to another shop to get them redone. They took on too many people and couldn'tKeep up. The price for French tips acrylic have become quite expensive too. Hoping the service will improve

this place is horrible , doing very bad job, the lady who was doing my nails was rude, the diamonds which one she put on my nails they all fall out on the 3rd day as she didn't glue them, she just put nail polish on top and thats it, i had to go to another place and re-do my nails, and i paid 40 pounds, my advice is to avoid this place, as my experience wasnt great there

I went to get infills today but ended up leaving with my natural nails. After choosing a new shape the nail tech shaped them with the file. Both thumb nails were wonky and I showed him them. He (with no effort at all) filed the edge of one nail and then proceeded to apply gels. I wasn’t happy as he was clearly rushing and not listening to me. I then asked him to remove them all instead- simply because he wasn’t listening, rushing them, hurting me in the process and I wasn’t going to pay for a wonky set of nails. He got very defensive and all his colleagues got involved. I felt very intimidated and uncomfortable because everyone was staring at me and talking about me. Three different colleagues quizzed me and so I felt very embarrassed and just wanted to leave as soon as possible. I was also told that the salon was busy and I had come at a stressful time, almost as though they were acknowledging that the staff were rushing?It would be nice if the staff engaged with their customers a bit more, they talk amongst themselves instead. It makes an awkward environment for paying customers.

ONE WORD :AMAZING AGAIN!The gentleman that did my nails was 5* plus in customer service and techniques were exquisite.!Will keep going there cause every penny paid is worthy xxxx
