We used Propertywise for selling a property. From the initial enquiry call to completion, their service was superlative! If you seek old fashioned hands on service with up to date modern efficiency, then look no further. Calls always answered and promptly returned. Lots of experience and local property knowledge. Louise goes beyond the call of duty with her attention to detail administration, and her efficient handling of the property chain, from outset, right the way through to completion. Very on the ball with all parties. Both Louise and Phillip are experts in their fields, and certainly give great value for money. I would not hesitate to use their services again, and would recommend them 100%. Very impressive service. The best we have received in over 25 years of property sales.

Having bought and sold a few houses over the years, I was quite shocked at the level of service I received from Philip and Louise. Quite frankly, head and shoulders above any other estate agent I have ever used.Their knowledge is second to none. Philips friendly approach made me feel at ease from the start, nothing was too much trouble. Once we were underway and agreed to let Philip take care of the latest sale, it was a breeze. Viewings were punctual (I think Louises polite but firm nature made sure viewers knew we weren't in the market to be messed about).All in all a very seamless experience, even when we ran into the usual road blocks from the solicitors. Recommend? In a heartbeat, well done.

Highly recommend. Louise was fantastic from start to finish, extremely professional, informed and friendly. She is a credit to the profession!
