Very happy with my recent mazda service.As an old curmudgeon I was expecting from the previous reviews for having something to moan about.However booking in was quick and easy. Availability of service slots was excellent.Dropping my car off I was met with pleasant and professional reception staff.The courtesy car was well presented and did its job perfectly.Picking the car up was just as efficient as dropping it off.Service done, and a wash and brush up. I have never seen the alloys look so good.No problems, 5 stars from me.

took our car in for a diagnostics, they then proceeded to do work on the car we asked them not to do without our permission. The bloke who spoke to us was then rude and condescending towards me and my partner not explaining anything in much detail so when we questioned it, it made us look finicky! In the end the bloke turned us away and refused to continue to serve us. I would NOT recommend this garage at all if you want anything done competently.

I've been using LG for five years and I can't recommend them highly enough. Always have availability when I need it, and they are honest when discussing work that needs doing, they have never tried to upsell me or get work done before it's needed. Always collect and deliver my car promptly.

This is the first time that I have used Littlewick Green Mazda, and I am very impressed. They appear far more efficient and knowledgeable than my previous Mazda dealership.The servicing of my MX5 was carried out to a high standard, I received a video showing the underside of the car to confirm that all was well, which I something I have never received before, and my car had been washed and vacuumed prior to collection.They even helped to resolve an incorrect entry on the Digital Service Record which had been placed there in error by the dealership that I had previously used.I will be back again next year!

We are always so impressed with Littlewick Green. Great service, friendly staff and transparent communication. It’s a little bit out of our way when our car has a problem, but I wouldn’t take it anywhere else. Many garages could take a leaf out of their book!

Nice and friendly service, but very slow. Take a MOT there. Very long .... they left my car to another garage, very strange I spent 2 hours there!

Took my car for a repair and I can’t be more satisfied with the result. The team is quite friendly and helpful. The only issue is that if you need a courtesy car you really have to book it in advance, but since this was an emergency they weren’t able to provide it for me.As part from that, I can’t complain about anything, so 5 stars service from me.

Had my car serviced 2 weeks ago on a 120 month service paid over 500 pounds and the battery is draining so clearly had not inspected the battery like they said(also a month old battery). Also expect me to get the car to them for them to have a look at it with suggesting I should pay for the work. I now have to get away from work jump my car and drive it to them leaving me further out of pocket.
