Needed a facelift. Needed a new shop front decor etc.now that’s done. And looks amazing.Besides that, the sweets and jalebi is out of this world. Warm. Fresh. Just amazing. I’ve been coming here from childhood. Never disappointed.

This place has got nice variety of sweets and savoury. I went to this shop day before yesterday specially to get some freshly made Garam Jalebi. You can get this always fresh from this place. I have been to other places too but Jalebi here is the best. Sharing some pics of the same.

Very rude and unprofessional guy behind the Jalebi counter, he seems rude to other customers as well...similar to one behind the counter he was'nt rude but never seems interested and have any cuatomer services.At the end we got Worst quality Jalebi ..ask the guy to make it thin and crispy but it was other way round..Bad StaffWorst quality and going down badly fews year ago it was't like that .

TL,DR: Terrible customer service, terrible jalebi, unable to provide service like they used to.New owners are not adequate to uphold the reputation of this service. Recently came from Oldham to buy jalebi and the quality was horrible, asked the staff to remake it since it was cold and hard, initially refused and were extremely rude and then when they did, this is the undercooked, slimy jalebi they provided us.

Absolutely worst sweets. I purchased 750gm mixed sweets & few other items. The sweets were very odd tasting & some were having sour after taste & quite bad. (I guess it was made with sour mill & sub-standard materials.I felt very disappointed about the service as well. Better to be avoided at all costs as there are far more better options on the same street.

Very humble and sweet staff members.Take away dine in and delivery options available.Cater to personal needs and accept orders for personal occasions.Vegan. Vegetarian and non dairy options available in their wife spread menu.

Like a lot of people , I have been going here since young! After this face-lift the place is going down hill , the rasmalai tastes awful. But the worst is the owner behind the counter, very rude not just to me but to his staff , I've seen him push them out of his way , disgusting behaviour! Please improve yourself everybody deserves respect especially the people who work hard for you , making you rich ,! See other reviews on trip advisor its not only me alot of people having bad experience from this sweet centre ! Best avoid

Absolutely disgusting service, very rude staff no respect what so ever. I have been going to this place since I was a child every weekend but I am so disappointed with the service now. Shame on you for providing such service to your customers and talking to customers with disrespect this place really needs to be shut down I vote we all report you to trading standards. This was suppose to be 1kg and they fobbed me off and look at the state of the box how unprofessional.

Went to the sweet centre, twice in the space of approximately 8 days. Both times the jalebi were very poorly cooked. They were under cooked and slimy, totally inedible. Unfortunately we bought a number of boxes as gifts. How very unfortunate. We will not be returning again.
