Throughout the whole process of moving (from the pre discussion prior to application all the way through to collecting keys), Hannah, James and especially Tom have been amazing! I’ve had all the information I’ve required and any questions I have had have been answered accordingly. Tom has, and continues to be professional, compassionate and easy to talk to! So far, I highly recommend leaders :-)

Chose Leaders for my first move into an HMO. Hannah, James, and Tom were absolutely brilliant in helping me through the process and made the whole thing a very nice experience. Really easy to talk to and friendly as can be.Highly recommended! I'll be back when I need to move again! Cheers guys!

APPALLING SERVICE Leaders Bury St EdmundsI have been renting through leaders for few months now. Because their service has always been great I told myself you know what why not upscale through them. How wrong was I. It is very concerning that even though they have had 2 weeks to sort out the house It was handed over to me in a complete mess. I’m even wondering how they could allow themselves to hand over a place like this. Don’t they have respect for me as a tenant who has never missed out on any payments?- There are broken glasses in the garden.The agency was well aware that I have a Toddler however did not do much to tidy up the area. This is a very serious oversight that could have led to serious injuries and major problems if my daughter happened to step on or swallow those.- The shed is left in an unspeakable condition, Shouldn't this have been emptied out and cleaned?- The grass overgrown and very dirty, Are we expected to live like this?- The property not clean and tidy, the bin not emptied or- Paint is cracking how could this acceptable? When I asked about this one I got told that painting is part of decor. I wonder if I should paint my old house before handing over my keys. Or should I empty my garage, do I even need to tidy up anything?Response to my concerns where quick but the property manager does not know when these will be sorted out.HOW ON EARTH IS THIS ACCEPTABLE. Here I am getting worked up and waiting on my old property report to see what they would pick on and possibly have a major fall out. I have been nothing but a good tenant never missed a payment once And never had issues during their property inspections how could this be ignored when moving me to a new property.

Leaders have been great. Very straightforward to deal with and make a real effort to make the process as easy as possible. Tom, Hannah, and Steven have all been particularly responsive and helpful!

We had to look for a good house that would accept pets, and had a marvelous experience.Everything was smooth and without any problems and we got the keys to our new home quite fast.No issues whatsoever, quite the opposite, and a very good experience. A shout-out to Hannah for getting everything rolling and keeping us up to date all the time

I would just like to say a big thank you to Hannah, James and Tom for being such a help over the past few weeks or so. I would especially like to say a huge thank you to Hannah for being a massive help over the past few days with my application! She has been so kind and so helpful and is great at her job!!

I’m one of current tenants in a flat I have rented in Bury St Edmunds town centre. I found the apartment through Leaders company and the process was very smooth. They are easily approachable and always happy to give a help if needed.

Poor level of communication.Moving into the property went smoothly. Tom was fantastic when viewing the property making the process easy and kept us up to date with everything. However, moving out of the property was anything but smooth, as Charlie wouldn't call or email unless prompted to do so. After returning the keys all level of communication and etiquette quickly stopped. We had to chase up to find out when an inspection would take place so our deposit could be released. After a week pasted we called again having to ask leaders to process our deposit.We were informed a 3-5 working day wait to receive the deposit. Sadly after 7 working days still nothing. No money. No emails. No calls.My overall experience has shown they are lovely when trying to get you into one of their properties but things take a quick turn once you move out.

Horrible service,We got email informing us about raise in rent, (which is understandable) the date stated in email is September so we amend our direct debit to agree sum from September. In July we receive a text from Leaders collection office that we are behind with rent pay!!!. According to Leaders collection office we should be paying raised amount since June.aGENT" need to communicate with Collection office better.Now my credit score will be affected because I got misinformed by one of you "aGENTS""
