Just had some sliding patio doors fitted and I must say they look fantastic. Big thankyou to the fitters who turned up on time, did a great job and left it very tidy.Have just ordered some new front windows and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Planet!

Wouldn't recommend at all. Don't seem to have any pride in their work as you can see on the pictures. Front door doesn't fit the frame and they have tried to use sealant to cover 2 inch gaps (bound to shrink and leave gaps when trying to seal such a large gap) Defects have been raised with planet but nearly 2 years down the line nothing rectified.

ATTENTION EVERYONE NEW OWNERS. I was really sceptical too!I am writing this review for my grandma and grandad. They had new windows and a bi-folding door added to they're bungalow. The staff were so kind and helpful. ( They're in there 80s). Everything went as planned and my grandparents are so happy with the finished results. We can't thank you enough. Especially Lisa in the office, she kept in regular contact all through the work. Would highly recommend to all! Clearly the new owners know what there doing.

Having read a few bad reviews I was a little sceptical about using Planet Windows however, they now have new owners and they have done a brilliant job of the windows and doors they have installed for me! The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and the place was spotless when they left. Thanks Planet!

My new front door.I wanted a new front door for my cottage. I choose planet Windows on the Merritt of my friend Laura. I absolutely love my new front door and the staff were incredibly helpful. Not sure why it had such bad reviews. The two friends, I have who used this company and myself had a very positive experience.

Planet Windows replaced 22 units for me this summer they were a pleasure to deal with throughout. The office staff were very helpful and the fitters were polite and left no mess behind them.

I ordered new windows, salesperson very knowledgeable, priced very well. Installtion went as planned, all completed in 2 days. Will definitely use again in the future

Contacted Planet for an emergency, during heavy rain showers.The conservatory is 3 years old and all 27ft of the gulley started cascading water into the house.We recently bought the house and i'm still finding out if the guarantee has changed over to us. However, with the house flooding, I rang them and the guy I spoke to said he wasn't interested and he wouldn't be coming to have a look at the problem. I told him the roof rain water calculations were not correct. Again he said he wasn't interested.Anybody who is thinking of using this company... please think again.There workmanship is shoddy and they will not stand by their product. I'm stationed in the conservatory with 8 buckets under the leaking gulley.
