Lee was meant to come to my property to do a job I'd booked in weeks ago. He let me down the day before, knowing I had a deadline because I had guests coming to stay. Now the guests don't have a bathroom to use. His communication with me in the run up to to it was awful. Non-committal and kept leaving me in the dark. I had to keep chasing him until he finally admitted he'd overbooked himself and couldn't do it, and he did't even apologise. Really poor form leaving it until the last day to tell me this, and only doing so after I'd chased him. Now it's too late for me to find another tiler to get the job done in time.
