Tip Thai Spa Leicester

Do not visit these premises, they are under new management but don't care about their customers. I had an appointment last Sunday and when I arrived the premises was closed and locked up. I contacted the manager and she could not care less just made lots of excuses with no apology at all. You have been warned there are much better facilities in the city to book with than these.

I booked a 45min massage and the lady who gave it to me was either too tired, or just very unprofessional. The massage was awkward, I explained where my tension was and instead she was busy with massaging other parts of my body and I felt quite quite uncomfortable at one point. After 25min she suddenly stopped and said she had another customer after me, so I had less than half an hour.Maybe I was just very unlucky, but I wouldn’t go there ever again. There are plenty Thai therapy spas in Leicester, so spend your money wisely !

I should of read the reviews just like people below booked in for a sport massage, was welcomed by a rude lady so no booked constantly. I thought I was in the wrong place don't waste your time go further up the road little more expensive but professional

I should have read the reviews before trying to book in with this place, but having now read them, I’m glad it didn’t work out in the end. I called ahead and was told to come in, so I drove 15 miles and then when I got there they had given the slots away?! I was even earlier than the time agreed! Place smelled unclean and looked unclean. Not a very friendly greeting and no clarity on what had happened - although an “apology” offered. I won’t be trying to use them again and wouldn’t recommend!

Very very unprofessional and rude.DO NOT BOOK WITH them the are not a proper massage place. Save your money and book somewhere else.Me and my dad both had a massage last week. When asking what type of oil they use we were told it’s a very special Thai oil, but in actual fact it was just baby oil. It was cold and horrible. We saw the bottles on the side.We have had multiple massages and this isn’t anything compared to them.The lady kept going out for breaks so we ended up being ripped off.This is not a proper massage place they do this to con you and make some cash.My dad was left with some bruises which has never happend anywhere else.*PLEASE DONT USE THEM!!!*I wish I read the reviews before booking.Really poor service.It won’t let me post without giving it a star rating.I don’t give this place any rating worst place EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been visiting Tip Thai Spa for over two years now. Shout out to Celine. She is detailed, caring and always wants to achieve the best outcomes for her loyal clients.

I paid for 60 minutes and got a little more than 40 minutes massage. First 20minutes of the massage was good but than she offered me extra. When I rejected that she just started doing loose massage and when I told I got more 15minutes or so by showing the clock in the room she started telling me the clock is 15 minutes back and you need to take a shower as well. I know my job don't try to squeeze out more time from me" her exact words."

I have probably had about 40 sessions of thai massage at different places. This one was the worst, not even a swedish massage. Finished early too not full hour. Please avoid until managemebt sort this place out

Rude, illegal place. The masseur tried several times to take off my partner's panty. I was covered with a bath towel and couldn’t see what they're doing. When we finished your service I saw my partner seat there without anything……. I have no word can explain that feeling.
