A lovely lady called Phoebe did mine and my sisters eyebrows. On a whim we thought we’d try and get our brows done at the benefit brow bar in House of Fraser and she fitted us in. Phoebe was so lovely, kind and gentle. Gave us loads of information on different products without being pushy and making us feel like we had to buy stuff which was a change from past experience. We had a great time and love our new eyebrows!! Highly recommend

Had a lovely experience getting mine & my sister's brows done by a lovely lady called Phoebe. Phoebe was so gentle & explained everything throughout & fully explained the process. She made our brows look fab! And was so patience & kind with all our questions about products. Would highly recommend her in future. Very happy

I usually go to the Brent Cross branch but since I was in Lakeside I thought it was worth stopping over at House of Fraser and visiting the Benefit counter. A lovely lady called Phoebe served me and did such a fab job. She was very talkative and made me feel super comfortable. Thank you I will be back!
