Just finished a long journey of complicated work with Rob and thrilled with the results thank you big man. I'll have the best smile at my wedding! Lovely receptionists and nurses to, couldn't recommend them enough

I had booked with the hygienist in April and receptionist said that it will cost me £59 for 30 min. Due to Covid19 my appointment was cancelled and I had to rebook but nobody told me about the changing prices, it went up for £10. As it was my first time going there I missed the last turn and arrived 8 min later. Nobody told me that my appointment gonna be cut to half time and instead of 30 min I was in clinic 20 min but their also was questions what tipe of toothbrushes, toothpaste and flossing I am using so with open mouth it was even less than 15 min..... Honestly £69for 15 min. isn't overpriced?Normally when you get a bit late the session runs a bit over the appointment slot, but never gets cuts in half. Some times I am the one affected by appointments before mine running late and nothing happens we are all humans. I do not feel nice paying full price for half the time even more because no-one told me the price had increased.

I’ve used Smilecare for all my dental requirements for about 10 years and it’s the only practice I’ve ever used that I would recommend without reservation. Rob and his team are always welcoming and explain things in great detail. I recently had some extensive bridge and crown work completed entirely to my satisfaction and at reasonable cost.

A very Professional Dental Practice. Robert performed an outstanding job on my teeth over the past year. The work was very complex and difficult. He is extremely committed to getting things perfect and is a very skilled operator. He has a pleasant manner which relaxes the patient. The rest of the Team provided a high level of Customer care .

I have not looked after my teeth for the last 50 years and so Robert had a major task on his hands trying to sort my mouth out! Between him and Ann (Periodontist) they have done an excellent job on saving and replacing (implants) where needed my teeth. I always find the receptionist helpful and Roberts advice is always on the money. I can fully recommend this practice.

Situation. I had dental phobia, a very unwell mouth, lots of missing teeth, wouldn't laugh, a huge gap and yellow stained teeth.I went to Robert really as a last resort with the view of having implants in the hope of transforming my mouth and so my story begins.I figured that to have an assessment would not do any harm which of course it didn't. Robert assessed and built a plan with no sugar coating, no false promises and after photographs and X Rays explained exactly how he would tackle the job. At this point his many years experience became very apparent to me and my confidence in his ability to do the job was totally elevated and my fear of Dentists began to subside. Once I had all the details, I went away to think. During that time I had no pressure from the surgery for an answer or a commitment.My decision was to go for it. First, get the mouth healthy, second get the crowns in, third the implants.During the whole process, it amazed me how Rob and his assistant worked together knowing exactly how each other worked. I was also privy to some explanation of the Tech he has there. Its incredible. The whole process from start to finish was painless and carried out with total professionalism and precision with each step being explained to me with what comes next.FINISHED RESULT. I got a bit emotional when Robert finished and I saw my new mouth for the first time. I cannot believe just how unwell my mouth used to be and how ill it made me. More so, I can even give Robert Redford in his day a real run for his money with the flashy smile. Finally a chat about how to look after my new teeth and I was away. What Dental phobia?CONCLUSION. I now laugh a lot, smile a lot and I feel happy and well and could not have been happier in my life. These teeth are the best ever investment I have made.Robert in my book is a Steely Eyed Dental Surgeon. Total competence and professionalism with Staff to match. I would recommend him to anyone anywhere. He and his staff has my undying gratitude for what they achieved.

Rude receptionists, & dental nurse with no customer service skills whatsoever. Dentist kept changing prices, going up on every visit! When you're paying thousands of pounds for implants , you expect good customer service & to feel valued as a customer, instead of which , the Dentist & his staff are off Hand & flipant . Would never recommend or go back for treatment!! Having already spent over £1000 of my money with them! !

I have been attending an orthodontic treatment in Crawley Smilecare for a while now and I am amazed by the service. Dr Marco my orthodontist has been excellent throughout all my appointments, qualified, skilled and always patient with me. After a long and challenging treatment my teeth are starting to look great now so it's been all worth it. The receptionist has always been very helpful.I would recommend Smilecare Dental Centre in Crawley as a professional and affordable orthodontic centre.

I chose this surgery based on the reviews as they were excellent.I needed extensive treatment to correct my teeth and I knew this would be a bit of a journey!On my first visit the whole plan was discussed with Robert and he showed me some of the great work that he had carried out in the past. He fully explained the whole process and made me aware of the costings beforehand.This was a 12 week journey and I can honestly say that at no time, during some very intrusive treatment, did I feel pain or great discomfort..the techniques Robert used obviously come from many years of experience and for being an excellent dentist!This treatment was carried out during Covid and the lengths they went to to prevent infection was incredible.During my many visits, I also got to know the really friendly Reception team and Dental Nurses who also made this a much better experience than I was expecting!The end result has changed my life, given me confidence and given me back my smile.Thank you all so much and well done for now being my permanent dentist!
