Natalie is fab, myself and my sister take our dogs to be groomed by her.Natalie is really patient, my 13 year cocker spaniel had the best treatment during the last years of his life.We now have Stanley our Cockerpoo puppy who Natalie grooms, we are very happy, he comes home beautifully groomed.

I’ve been taking both my dogs to Natalie for a few years now. Natalie’s love of dogs is very evident and I feel really happy leaving my dogs with her.Her grooming is excellent and both dogs come home looking and smelling beautiful.I have no hesitation in recommending Natalie and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

If you're looking for a fantastic, professional, reliable dog groomer then please look no further. Natalie is just amazing at what she does. Her heart and soul goes into providing a safe, relaxed and loving visit for your pooch. Even the most nervous of dogs would be well looked after and catered for. I really wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. I highly recommend Natalie at Ollie's Pawfect Tails.

Natalie has been grooming my dog, Alfie, since he was a pup. She cares for him as though he were her own dog, provides a great service and a first class groom every time. I have friends ask me where he goes as he always looks so smart! I honestly wouldn’t think of taking him anywhere else, he is always so happy to see her and to go and get his groom done with Natalie :)

Natalie is vey professional in every aspect of running her business, she is wonderful with Bruno putting him at ease, because he is a bit of a wimp when it comes to having his haircut. He always comes out happy tail wagging and looking good.

Baxter has been going to Natalie for over five years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! Baxter has issues with his legs and Natalie has asked all the appropriate questions and put me at ease about him while he is in her care. When she receives him she makes a fuss of him, so he always goes to her with a happy wagging tail! She always asks how we want him cut and he always comes out looking very handsome and smelling amazing (not that it lasts with a springer!!)

Charlie & Mia have been going to see Natalie for 5 years now. Although one of their favourite activities is swimming they hate having a bath & smelling nice! Natalie is amazing with them & looks after them as though they were her dogs & always listens to how much grooming I’d like & where. They look and smell amazing when they’re finished. I would definitely recommend & wouldn’t take the dogs anywhere else.

Going to the groomers is not Lola’s favourite trip out but Natalie always greets us with a big smile and puts Lola at ease. Natalie always listens to what I want doing and Lola always smells lovely… until her next walk!

Awesome groomer!I highly recommend Ollies Pawfect Tails. Natalie is very talented and shows much love and affection for all of her furry clients. Poppy always comes out looking great and smelling lovely. 5 star all round!
