Recently bought a Pinarello F5 and the customer service throughout the process was absolutely outstanding. The staff simply couldnt do enough to help and were incredibly accomodating with every request I had. I cannot reccommend Bilslands enough. Ryan, Sam, Neil, Barry and the team did a fantastic job for me. Thanks.

I have used Billy Bilsland’s a handful of times before and generally had a decent experience. Unfortunately, this was not so today.I would firstly like to say that they promptly fixed my bike meaning I could pick it up on the same day which was great. When I dropped off they said they would fix it by Sunday at the latest, four days later. It was also good that they managed to fix my front mech without having to replace it. However, to charge £50 for a cut down 4mm bolt and nut seems totally ridiculous. I have attached a picture for reference. I have no complaint about the fix, just about the associated cost. For this reason, I cannot recommend this shop any-more. There is no way this fix is worth anywhere near £50, even including the at most very minor front derailleur readjustments required, and the supposed ‘once over’ which was not requested. Charging for ‘not requested’ once overs to an otherwise immaculate bike is not acceptableThere are plenty of other great bike shops that are worth a try before heading here. Sorry Bilslands.

I was very impressed by the level of service I have received from this shop over the past few weeks- particularly with a bike fit I had on Saturday. Barry spent three hours with me setting up my bike for the perfect fit, and since then my knee pain and perrenial discomfort have basically gone away, and I am much faster on the bike. I was also given lots of advice on less related matters such as training and stretching, and had my head tube cut down and head tube bearings lubed for free. The attention to detail and commitment to getting the perfect fit was obvious, and the results have been gleefully enjoyed riding my bike since. I felt like they undercharged me for the excellent service and time I got out of my fit. If you need a bike fit- come here. These people know what they’re doing. Thanks guys!

Can't speak highly enough of them. I was looking to buy a new frame, they picked up with the supplier and got back to me really quickly. To cut a long story short the frame wasn't available separately, but they came up with a solution and got me one in a week. Comms through the process was excellent and a minor issue was solved in 24 hours. Neil was super-helpful throughout and made it an absolute pleasure to deal with them. Thanks!

Simply fantastic! I am a total beginner road cyclist. As soon as I stepped through the door, I was made welcome straight away. All the staff were very friendly and spent a lot of time with me going through the different options available. Whilst picking my bike I was able to ride it on the rollers in store and have adjustments done there and then. An absolutely outstanding service from Barry during my recent bike fit. This shop was very helpful when four friends and I flew in to Glasgow for a 3-week bike packing trip. Despite being very busy they helped us with everything we needed including providing bike boxes and air. They even saved us a bunch of money when we were figuring out how to get our bike boxes to the airport by suggesting we take a taxi instead of another option that we had planned.

First time in the shop the other day and have to say - lovely place. The staff are all really enthusiastic and knowledgeable about bikes and parts. Neil helped me with a lot of cracking information about the upgrade path and also helped me pick out a decent new helmet. Genuinely felt so nice going in and being surrounded by other enthusiastic riders! My bikes now also booked in for a service which I'm really looking forward to as the other reviews all point towards them doing a decent job. Oh, there are also some top-notch bikes in there.Thanks guys!

Wouldn’t look past this shop if you’re looking for a bike.Don’t know where to start, The staff are absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond, nothings too much trouble they’re so friendly and anything they don’t know about bikes isn’t worth knowing. They made sure everything was absolutely spot on for my wee girl today and she got to pick which colour of bow she wanted. “Best day of her life she said”They’re really competitively priced, open on Sundays and the fact they’re right opposite Glasgow green means as soon as you collect your new wheels you can take them on a wee test drive.Best retail experience in a very long time.Well done guys!
