Professional and friendly service from quote all the way through to moving day. My completion date was moved several times and Shannon and Iona put me at ease so there was one less thing to worry about. On the day itself, the removal guys were amazing, fast, efficient and friendly. I cannot recommend this removal company highly enough.

Our contact with Regal was different. We were not moving house but we needed to move some heavy furniture from upstairs bedrooms to downstairs. I cannot rate Regal Moving and Storage highly enough. The company was recommended by a friend, and after getting loads of different quotes, I chose Regal.Emptied old flat in about 3.5 hours, and unloaded into new home in about 2.5 hours.Initially, the quotation was based on me walking around my home with a camera whilst on the phone to Regal. I showed Iona each room and cupboard, so that she could see what we had to move to be able to put a quote together.The quote came through in a reasonable time and was very competitive.My moving date kept getting delayed, and didn't get confirmed until about 10 days before moving.However, Regal confirmed the booking, and the move was on.The lorry arrived just after 8am on moving day with 3 guys. They parked up outside, and came in to my home to assess the job in hand. They put carpet protectors on the floor to eliminate any issue of dirt, and then cracked on with the task in hand. Bear in mind that I lived in a first floor maisonette, but didn't phase the guys who worked liked robots loading.I still had wardrobes to dismantle but couldn't do so until a room had been emptied - this was done first to allow me to then take wardrobes apart as needed. I also had to dismantle a sofa, and again, the guys were literally taking the parts off me as I dismantled.Just after 12pm, the flat was completely empty, and the guys were ready to move on to my new address.When they arrived at my new address, they guys had to wait for completion and to be given keys. Once we got the keys, the guys knocked on houses to get cars moved as necessary to ensure the lorry was in the best place possible. They picked up a colleague on route, and the 4 guys unloaded everything in about 2.5hours, asking where we wanted each box and piece of furniture placed. Again, so polite, and so highly recommended.

A superb service was provided by these guys when we moved recently.They were punctual, fast, efficient, friendly and went above and beyond to move us even putting items of furniture back together in our new house.Would highly recommend.

We used Regal for our recent house move. In the past we have hired a van and done this ourselves but due to time constraints opted for a removal company. I was so impressed with their sheer hard work, respect of our possessions, professionalism and care from the moment they arrived just after 8am until they finished around 6.30pm. They dismantled wardrobes and beds and reassembled them, wrapped furniture in protective coverings, covered the flooring literally as they first walked in. Communication with us throughout the day was really good. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Superb experience from start to finish: the surveyor arrived on time and gave lots of useful information; the quote was very reasonable in comparison to others and included dismantling and reassembling of furniture; Iona, in the office, responded quickly to any queries; the removals team, Ollie and Mike, were punctual, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. This company is absolutely brilliant. Moved a fully loaded 3 bed house for us.I felt I had to write this review as these guys went above and beyond.They were the cheapest quote we had.The 3 chaps turned up on time as arranged all knew the business inside out. Asked us what was being left and what was being loaded.Straight away they set to work and they just got on with it. They hardly stopped for a break even boxing up clothes and unsetting 3 double wardrobes. In no time at all our house was empty.They then set off whilst we had to close up and take key's to estate agent.We then met them at the new house and explained where we wanted everything.They just got on with it setting back up the wardrobes and hanging the clothes back in.Not one thing was damaged.OMG AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING. I cannot praise this company and the 3 lads enough. Thank you for everything you did for us.
