Highly recommended - great information & advice.

I've been to Kate for nutritional advice, specifically to try and get through the menopause in one piece. Her advice was invaluable. What Kate doesn't know about nutrition isn't worth knowing. I would highly recommend the Windsor Wellbeing Centre.

I just wanted to thank Kate, Tess and Anna for an amazing and very informative evening regarding the menopause last week.I've learnt so much about how the body works and what it goes through. All the nutritional and mindfulness advice was really helpful and very informative.If you get the chance you should attend one of their workshops as it has really helped me.
