Mayfield Cat Hotel Cattery

Staff are brilliant they really put themselves out to make sure your cat feels at home & to put your mind at rest too.The chalets are equipped with toys in abundance for play & tower's for them to climb and a nice quiet separated area for sleep.I would recommend this cattery it well deserves the star rating I gave it!!

We have used this cat hotel since it opened. Our cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes, so we were very concerned about who would be able to care for her whilst we were on holiday. However after speaking to Tracey she was able to reassure me that she would still be able care for Carlycat. Tracey administers all her medication including twice daily injections. This cattery is amazing I would not trust anyone else to care for our girl. They provide a great service they are loving and caring to all the cats. The place is immaculately clean with spacious pens that are lovely warm and cosy. They provide an exceptional service l can't recommend them highly enough.Thanks Tracey.

My cats really enjoyed there stay at mayfield cat hotel. Lynda was brilliant with them and was happy to meet their needs of medication and special diet. The cattery was very clean and I would highly recommend it.

Iris & Wilbur enjoyed their stay with Lynda at Mayfield when we left them for a short stay recently. We were apprehensive as this was their first stay away from home & they are only young. Lynda made them feel at home and us at ease. We had excellent communication before and during their stay. Fully catered for in a very clean and pleasant environment. Settled back in at home within minutes of being back. The tabby twins will be returning in the future!

I left my cat Thomas here for the first time this week and he was well looked after.Thomas was a rescue cat and I was very apprehensive about leaving him as he'd been in a shelter a few times before coming to me.I would not hesitate in using this cattery in the future as all his needs where catered for and he settled in back at home straight away.I would recommend you try this cattery

Not for our cat. At time of collection the Place smells of strong urine which contaminated our cats bed and toys. Two pale uneaten bowls of food in the cubicle and just seemed cats left to own devices apart from feeding times. Could be wrong on this point but our cat seemed very unhappy on collection from a young girl that only had one word answers to our questions.Will not be using again.

Absolutely fantastic place to leave your cats, was not sure due to kitten only 7 months old left here for 2 weeks, lynda was fantastic let us do video calls and sent videos, cats collected healthy and well

This cattery has been the best so far for both my cats, extremely clean, and the staff were very welcoming and very reassuring. The pens are very spacious and also insulated which gives it that wonderful homely feel. I didnt feel uncomfortable at all leaving my cats here as i have done in the past. Would definetely recommend this cattery. My cats were very well looked after, and the owner tracy is wonderful! I feel so relieved to know i can leave the cats at Mayfield without having to worry.

Was more than happy to leave my cats here as was welcomed as soon as got through door with them. Lynda will go out the way to order there food for them as well and keep you updated on how they are doing .

My 13 year old, long haired, indoor persian cat boarded at Mayfield Cattery for 3 weeks this year and Lynda the owner was absolutely fantastic with him. My cat is very high maintenance with special feeding and grooming needs and Lynda went out of her way to meet all his daily needs. He was happy and very well cared for and he is looking forward to his next holiday with Lynda. Many thanks Lynda for doing a super job. See you next year.
