Since the first time I picked up the phone to Care Tunbridge Wells, they have been extremely caring, patient and mapped out the best medical plan for myself and my partner. I was told I had a low egg count and I may get 1-2 embryos the most, I ended up with 4 fantastic embryos at a high grading, with no side effects from the medication. We sadly wasn’t successful on our first cycle but we already have a plan for our second cycle with a frozen transfer by Dr Shahin Robati, who we can’t thank enough.Our embryologist Susanne at Tunbridge Wells was fantastic, she did a brilliant job with our embryos and even gave one of them an additional day, which needed up making the final 4. She talked up through everything and made myself and Pete feel at ease and was supportive in our journey.I wouldn’t want any other fertility clinic looking after us both throughout this journey . Dr Ismail gave me incredible care, expertise and kindness, both as an emergency and after hours. He efficiently diagnosed using state of the art equipment and arranged further treatment immediately. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you!

Decided to go private as condition I have is quite debilitating and nhs wait times are long. after my initial consultation and ct scan I was told I would have to wait over a month before my next appointment to go over the results of the scan. That is frankly a pathetically long and embarrassing wait time for a private service and I feel personally mislead to think that I would be seen in a quicker fashion. Poor service.

My wife and I have recently undergone treatment with BFC, specifically under the care of Mrs Uma Gordon and Dr Serena, as well as head nurse Patricia, for reciprocal IVF.We have gone through the whole process from start to finish with this clinic and they have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive throughout.When I initially contacted the clinic for information regarding treatment, they rang me and dedicated half an hour at least to discussing the options available to us in detail. This was before we had even commited to anything.From the very first contact we had with the staff at BFC it was evident that they are extremely experienced and knowledgeable.Every step of the way we were provided with an abundance of information and reassured, with any queries and questions answered promptly. We were provided with online resources, email clarifications and confirmations at every step, as well as zoom and face to face appointments when certain stages were complicated in order to ensure that everybody was fully informed and on the same page. Fertility treatment can be extraordinarily complex at times and they took great care to ensure we were always happy and had any questions answered and explained.We had mobile phone and email contact directly with the staff throughout each stage of our care and were able to ask any questions directly, and receive responses in a very timely fashion (mostly immediately).Anybody who has experience with fertility treatment will know just how important this is, as timing can be critical and recieving swift replies crucial to the success of your treatment.On a more personal note, we have felt like all of the staff genuinely cared about our case and that has made this journey particularly special and fulfilling for us.We live a couple of hours away from the clinic and they were very helpful in grouping our appointments together to save on trips and time, as well as being mindful of the extra costs incurred if this was not done.Overall, we have felt extremely well treated by everyone and found our experience to be very personal, and very professional.I am currently pregnant now with our first child and have enjoyed very good results with each stage of our treatments. These included egg retrieval, blastocyst implantation, as well as all of the medication we both needed.Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the care we have received and would HIGHLY recommend Bristol Fertility Clinic to anybody looking for fertility care.

We chose Create as we knew they were used to helping older mums have a baby. From the very first appointment we felt looked after by all staff. Any disappointments were treated sensitively, but honestly, which we really appreciated, and anytime I became upset all staff were compassionate and caring. We tried several different routes to becoming parents, following advice and guidance, and eventually we were successful with our first pregnancy in December 2022. We welcomed our baby boy into the world last month. I honestly feel that we would not be where we are today if we had chosen a different clinic. I cannot thank the staff at Create Bristol enough for their excellent service and for finally making me a mum.

I joined Mona's practice a few months ago with aid to help me relax and compose myself as well as treat some aches in my back. I have to say that every session with Mona were made me feel very relaxed and I definately saw a benefit with my back ache and my general mental wellbeing. I can not recommend highly enough Mona. She will give you advise and support holistically as a whole rather than try to treat individual aspects.

My monthly visit sets me up for daily life ; Oliver's enthusiasm, positivity and zest for life is catching and highly motivating... he is an excellent chiro with exceptional skills ...

Very very very good experience with Louise, really friendly, has given me lots of advice, which I know she does with other people too because I witnessed her on a video call with someone who had a dog who was having pups that moment and she was guiding them through it. Has always been available if I’ve needed anything over text or calls and even gave my pointers where to go when she wasn’t available on the day. 10/10
