This phone shop is not to be trusted. My mum went in (not knowing anything about phones) wanting a pay as you go phone, ended up with a £50+ contract on a 3rd gen iPhone for 2 years! She went back in to change it (the next day) and they threatened to call the police. Outrageously bad customer service.

Excellent customer service!Everything was very well explained and I did not once feel pressurised to sign up to anything.Dan was very friendly, knowledgeable and obliging.I would not hesitate to return here should I encounter any issues with my phone.
