Having recently had my property sold by David Burr Leavenheath I can highly recommend them. Their representation of the house was excellent and in spite of the current difficulties facing the property market resulted in a very swift acceptable offer being made. They have remained professional, pleasant and always available for any questions during the sale process and worked particularly hard towards the end to get all of the parties involved on the same page. I would have no hesitation to use their services again in the future.
