First reached out to this company back in 2022 and at that time they were very responsive. Unfortunately I wasn't able to proceed with my enquiry at the time, but decided to reach out again in 2023 as the vehicle can finally proceed with the install of various items. Sadly, on this most recent contact, I have received zero response. I emailed the two individuals who I'd had contact with in 2022 on the 23rd April 2023, and to date I've had no reply. Thinking perhaps those individuals might no longer work for Mobile Solutions UK, I decided to email the info@ address on the 3rd May 2023, and again, to date I've received no reply.I can only assume that they're either too busy to reply, or simply didn't want my business/couldn't assist with my enquiries. All perfectly reasonable, but an email to acknowledge my enquiry and just say thanks, but we can't help (or whatever the reason is) would have been much appreciated.I would have given 1 star based on the total lack of response experienced in this most recent contact, but initially in 2022 they were very responsive, so I felt I needed to take that into consideration.It's a real shame, as their experience and well rated Google reviews are what brought me to them in the first place, so it's disappointing that I'm having to leave a negative review and not because of poor service, but because they've not even bothered to respond.Hope others get better customer service as a result of this feedback, even if that's just to acknowledge their enquiries.

Tried to charge me £60+ for a reversing camera that costs less than £10 on Amazon (tried to claim it was a different camera, but I confirmed that the part number on the box was the same as the one on Amazon, so that was a lie) I’d say avoid.

Excellent service today. Dash cam fitted. I was late and they were very understandable. Made me a cup of tea and some biscuits !! Not what I expected at all. I would totally recommend Mobile Solutions Derby.

I found the staff to be friendly, and extremely helpful, and charges were both very reasonable and fair.

In recent years, Mobile Solutions have installed both a tow-bar, and front/rear dashcam for me. Have always been happy with their service and price. Today I had a problem with my dashcam, in the end it turned out to be unrepairable, but once again they were very helpful in trying to sort out the problem.

Had two dash cams installed here and they were done very clean. James was fantastic in helping resolve any queries afterwards, the post sale experience is fantastic.
