Very professional and efficient service. No pain experienced during wisdom tooth extraction. DR. Silvia Hamer explained everything clearly and was most reassuring and sympathetic. I appreciated the urgency in treating me.

This is a brilliant dentist practice and the endontist there sorted out my tooth and root filled it ! He came in on his day off too so I could get it fixed before I go on holiday ! Highly recommend them !

I arrived at Carisbrooke Dental Practice in a state of dreadful pain and distress, having lost complete faith or trust in my previous practice. I attended the practice as a child, and was encouraged to return by my sister. The receptionist are calm, efficient and friendly. Dr Silvia Hamer made a thorough assessment, devising a treatment plan which she is carrying out with incredibly creative skill. Where an endodontist was needed, this was arranged on site with a specialist colleague. Gentle, and with clear communication Dr Hamer has gained my complete trust. The practice has high tech equipment on site with highly skilled nurses to use the scanner. My thanks also to both the hygienists who read my notes before discussing how they would proceed with thorough cleaning. I can absolutely recommend this practice, not least because in my experience, highly skilled dentistry comes together with what is in the patient’s best interests.

I had the best experience of having my teeth checked and deep cleaned by the dental hygenist Sheikha Nasser. Sheikha did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth and providing an explanation of the current condition of my teeth and what I had to do at home. I felt very reassured of my treatment and couldn’t thank her enough! I have never had my teeth cleaned so well before, they felt amazing. I honestly can’t recommend her enough!! The cost of the treatment is more higher than other dentists but you get what you pay for so was very pleased with the service 10/10.

Right from the reception to the treatments, the service is fantastic. Very professional, yet friendly in their approach and most importantly, they are great at what they do. I have had dental check-ups and impressions that were comprehensive and explanations that made sense as to why my teeth were the way they were. Additionally, I saw the hygienist a couple of times and am very happy with how my teeth looked following these visits. I also received good advise for promoting oral hygiene. I am not surprised at to why this practice has received glowing reviews and would highly recommend booking in!

I was referred to Dr Jose Zurdo, by my own dentist, for his specialist periodontal assessment and treatment before having replacement crowns. The plan was explained clearly giving me options without pressure to choose which procedure suited my situation.Being an extremely nervous patient I was treated sensitively not only by Dr Zurdo during periodontal surgery but also by his hygienist, Sheikha.The highly professional treatment I have received in preparing the foundation for my crowns has resulted in a smile I am proud of along with healthy oral hygiene.From the reassurance of the receptionists, Dr Zurdo, Sheikha and their assistants my fear of dental treatment has reduced greatly.

Extremely dissatisfied with the whole experience!The advice and treatment was completely inadequate, the damage caused to my son’s mental health was completely unacceptable, particularly as they had been fully briefed on his conditions.The effects have been catastrophic and what’s to come will be financially devastating to us as a family.

A very good service. The staff were very friendly. The only downside is the consultation fee. I was told this fee was £99 on the phone but I paid £110 when I was there. Also, I was not informed I had to pay extra for the x-ray & CT scan. Total cost was £170. I did not complain because I got good service from everyone including the dentist. My advice to patients is make sure to clarify the costs before any appointments.
