I have been fortunate enough to have had many years of superlative service from Bentley Edinburgh, Chris Scott in particular. Chris now has a new assistant in the Service Team, Amanda, and I am 200% happy with the assistance received from her. HUGELY impressive!

I went bk to Bentley showrooms yesterday morning an afternoon to take pictures of these lovely cars there an the staff are very helpful indeed an this lady said to me would you like coffee or tea an i said to her white coffee please so i got my coffee but it was hot so i took some pictures of the Bentley cars in showrooms an went bk to my coffee an it was great, i speak to one of the boss there that i new of him the last time i was there but these lovely cars in this place brilliant,

Something just wasn't quite right about this place, I don't know if it was the placement of the cars, the colour of the walls, or the colour of my skin?Walked into this disgrace of a showroom and was approached by an older gentleman within a few moments. I was expecting a warming handshake, or even a welcoming statement. Instead, a dead stare and a rude comment. Are you in the right place... Sir?" I wasn't quite sure whether he was talking to me or someone else so I asked him if he was questioning me. He replied with yet another rude and aggressive comment; "Yes

I would like to take this opportunity to share the experience I had whilst purchasing a pre-owned Bentley Continental GT from Bentley Edinburgh. Right from my initial enquiry online, I was contacted by Paul Paxton, who put together a very professional, personalised video of the car. After a few phone calls, we agreed a trade in on my current vehicle, and finalised a deal that I feel was competitive. Paul arranged a hotel for me in the City for the night before collection, so that I could pick up my new car refreshed from my journey. On arriving at Bentley Edinburgh, I was greeted by Paul, and introduced to the whole team, who all made me feel extremely welcome. After the usual document signings etc, Paul gave me a full demonstration of all the major controls and toys in my new car to complete an educational and reassuring hand over. I was even given a more interesting route home to further experience the joys of the Continental GT! I have now had the car for 10 days, and have been contacted a couple of times by Paul to make sure that I was completely happy with my new car. My entire experience of Bentley Edinburgh has been perfect from start to finish, and would not hesitate to recommend. 10/10

Hello , I would just like to say a few words regarding my experience with Bentley Edinburgh ..I was shopping around to buy a Bentley Continental GT , I made contact with 2 or 3 used car dealers first who only like selling off pictures (and for top Dollar) it was quite grinding and Quote : Salesman,its all click and collect theses days mate ?? NOBODY as showrooms any more (how insulting)... I was looking to spend over £100k and thought I would like to see the car first…. After continuing my search I came across Bentley of Edinburgh and spotted a very sensibly priced Bentley ….Life just started getting better, I made contact with Kenneth Purdon the Sales Manager who handled my initial enquiry, who was very polite and made me feel i was in the right hands of a Bentley Dealer…..I was then transferred to his colleague Paul Paxton Sales Executive, Paul took care of everything from there on, the whole process was so incredibly smooth and so professional it was such a pleasure , it was everything and more than I expected from a Bentley Dealership ..There were No grey areas at anytime during the process, Paul Paxton is a very experienced high End sales exec...i found the whole experience to be reassuring there is still good people in this trade ...Paul also made the p/x as painless as possible ,giving me what I wanted !! ...Paul took care of the private plate transfer also...All the planning of viewing the car to having it delivered to my home went without a single glitch ..The driver Affie who delivered the car in a custom built (enclosed) delivery truck was so nice ,professional & polite it was another part of the whole beautiful Bentley experience ..Thank You Kenneth Purdon , Paul Paxton & Affie..You deserve this 5 STAR review….

Living on the south coast Edinburgh is a long way to go even for a Bentley! I have experience of several Bentley dealerships and whilst they have all been good I have to say my experience in Edinburgh beats them all. Paul Paxton is solely responsible for getting me into my Bentayga! He was persistent, polite and in the end delivered a fair deal. I have no hesitation it recommending this dealership.

From first contact to delivery day, an overall excellent experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our main point of contact was Paul Paxton, who made sure that the px of our old vehicle and the sale of the Continental GT went as smoothly as possible.We were also offered the opportunity to put our private plate on the vehicle before it left the sales room, but decided not to take him up on his offer at this point in time.On arriving at the showroom, we were made to feel very welcome and were introduced to the other staff members who we would be dealing with in the future.Our GT was nicely presented to us in the showroom, fully detailed with a fresh major service having been carried and a new MOT.We will be doing more business with this garage in the future, by the way of servicing both our Bentleys, as the customer service is second to none!We would highly recommend Bentley Edinburgh to anyone looking to get into a Bentley.

If only every customer service experience we have is as good as the Bentley Edinburgh experience we’d all be happy. They are friendly and professional from first contact to handover , I’ve been fortunate to experience this a few times over the last 10 years and the experience never varies regardless of whether I’ve bought a car or have just been enquiring.From the genuinely friendly welcome at reception through to Natasha the very capable Sales Executive who sold me the car and Kenneth the Sales Manager who gave me a wonderful P/X deal to Chris the Specialist Business Retail Manager I thoroughly enjoyed every step of collecting my recent purchase from the dealership. 5*****.
