Would 100% recommend using Suffolk stove installations. John was upfront and honest about everything which we really appreciated. Our old wood burner needed replacing as it was a fire risk, plus our chimney had a fair amount of issues. John helped us with his extensive knowledge to resolve it before a new wood burner could be safely installed. John definitely puts safety over profit, which is paramount when having something like a wood burner installed in your house. If you’re considering having a wood burner definitely go with Suffolk stoves installations as there are a lot of cowboys out there. We are absolutely thrilled with ours. Thank you!

John and Tommy were excellent. John's knowledge of what would work for us and what would not was really appreciated. He put our mind at ease regarding all our concerns and talked through every aspect in great detail. The work was completed quickly and cleanly. Absolutely no complaints at all. The Stoves look amazing and we're looking forward to winter a lot more than usual! Would recommend Suffolk Stove Installations to anyone thinking about installing a woodburner.

John installed our Contura i5 back in 2016. It took us many months to select the right stove and John was incredibly professional in offering a lot of advice before we committed anything. He asked for some photos of the fireplace and offered suggestions, taking time to understand what we wanted to achieve.I have been really pleased with the aftercare service from John too, he is available to give advice and we get to see him once a year for the annual sweep.Cannot recommend highly enough Suffolk Stove Installations.Before and after shots:

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Suffolk Stove Installations. Unexpectedly, I needed to have my chimney relined and swept due to safety concerns, just as winter was getting going.John gave me a prompt date, which turned out to be even more timely due to a cancellation. Tommy (superstar) did the work on the day and proved efficient, tidy and a pleasure to have on the premises, going the extra mile with the woodburner re-installation.Would thoroughly recommend SSI.

Suffolk Stove Installations
Suffolk Stoves cleared the old fireplace out (including some 6 inches of concrete the old gas fire was sitting on! ), made good the new fireplace and installed a new wood burner, flue and slate hearth. All done to the time and budget quoted. Really happy with the end result and the workmanship. John and Tommy are very knowledgeable and found them to be very helpful. Highly recommended.
