Milk & More Camberley Delivery Hub

We’ve been taking deliveries for over a year. Deliveries of dairy products were regularly off and had to be thrown away. Forty plus pounds lost. Transpires they changed their delivery days, no communication at all, and we had been picking up deliveries from a cool box that had been out for over 24 hours, due to the fact the deliveries arrive around 3am we were unaware. Despite this there was no apology or offer of recompense. Correspondence for issues is challenging and not customer focused. We were asked to provide batch number from lids that we threw away as covered in putrid milk. Dreadful, dreadful customer service. Given up and will not be going back.

Would not recommend, Absolutely disgraceful service.New customer and 1st Delivery not received yet said it was delivered. CCTV proves otherwise. Contacted Customer service and they refunded and added additional information to ensure delivery to correct address yet once again no sign of my order. It's not hard there's only 4 homes down the lane.
