I need somewhere to stay in Ipswich for a few days but every hotel was fully booked. But I wasn't put off because having stayed at 1 of the estates apartments on a previous occasion I got in touch with the owner Sachin and he did say that he had a studio apartment for a short term stay. I didn't arrive until late on a Sunday afternoon and yet somebody had already been in and cleaned and prepared the apartment which was perfect for what I required.Sachin was most helpful and accommodating and in fact I had to cut my visit short due to family commitments and he very kindly offered to return part of the fee that I had paid him for the length of my stay.I wouldn't hesitate in using SAI Estates again.

Thanks Sachin for your timely help and consideration to let me move out in less than a month's notice. You returned full deposit on time and whole checkout process was smooth. Thank you.

I would not recommend SAI Estates to anybody, Sachin at SAI took on the responsibility of managing my apartment on Martlesham Heath, over the past 3 years he has received the rent from the tenant and kept his commission, paying me the balance. But he has failed to pay me the last payment, which I know the tenant has transferred to him. In the 3 years, he did not inspect the property once and he did not make sure the tenant transferred the utilities to his name. He knows I live abroad and probably assumes I cannot make a claim through the small claims court, but somehow I will make sure I get my money. He has never provided me with an invoice for his services.I can only say, don’t trust Sachin from SAI with your property, or to collect the rent and pay you. Sally

Sachin, we are transferring our home to a new letting agent after you have failed to provide a letting agreement to our tenant and have barely responded for months to calls, emails or messages. Our tenants are very worried that they cannot reach you.Please send the necessary documents to the new letting agent. You said this would be done by 29/04/2023 and to date you have not done so.Since you refuse to engage with the usual methods of communication I am writing here in the slight hope that you or one of your employees will see this message and take the necessary action.

We moved to the UK and stayed at Sachin's one bedroom apartment for six months while looking for something permanent. He had bought essential things (toiletries, bedding, bath mats, even milk and tea, etc.) before we moved in that we didn't have to rush out to buy things. That was very considerate of him. When the heaters didn't work, he brought in brand new heaters for us. Even with his busy schedule, he always dragged out and in the six bins every week for the whole apartment complex. When we left the apartment, he paid back not only the deposit but also paid for the remaining days as we moved out a bit earlier than expected. Overall, our stay at the apartment was very pleasant and Schin was very flexible and kind.

When I was desperately searching for a house for renting in Ipswich to bring my family , Sachin ( Sai estate agents) rented me one house in kesgrave. He is an amazing person and when ever there is any problem he will sort it out as soon as possible.I never had any difficulties by choosing him as my landlord. I always recommend Sai estate agents.

SAI became my managing agents if my flat during February of 2016, taking over from Belvoir ( who are very professional) following sale of flats to new owner. These are old flats and need routine maintenance. It has been absolutely horrific.... I need a new immersion heater, mine is gradually disintegrating and leaking lot of water which is near electrics and will surely reach flat below me. I have set up buckets but 3 weeks following report of issue to Sachin of SAI Estates, NOTHING has been done. I should qualify by adding he has not contacted me even once either, completely disinterested so I'll keep using buckets. I wish Belvoir were still managing property. My neighbour has offered firm a quote to do job as he works in this industry but no they've not taken him up on that. Breach of Health & Safety, I shall be reporting this to them.I would advise (from my experience) avoid this firm. unfortunately for many tenants such firms take over existing dwellings so they have no choiceLuke, Ipswich

Great location and excellent facilities!!My family and I stayed almost 2 months at Lower Brook Sachin's Sai Estates property. The apartment is located in the centre of Ipswich, spotless, thoughtfully well catered with everything you would need. In addition, Sachin has provided prompt and hassle free service smooth check-in/ checkout. I would definitely recommend Sai Estates properties over the other hotels in Ipswich.Highly recommended and good value for money!

Excellent place with great hostStayed at observation court for more than a month with my family and we had a great time here, It was very nice experience. Sachin took care of all the requirements beforehand and he is always ready to help if there is anything.The room was equipped with all the amenities and very well managed.Didn't face any single issue.Thanks Sachin for everything and hopefully will meet soon

We stayed in Ipswich for past 2 years and rented apartment from Sai Estates. Service provided was very good and we had no major complaints. We got to add couple of add on furniture as well during our stay. Absolutely no hassle while completing settlement once we moved from Ipswich. I will certainly recommend others.
