Charlotte was very professional and punctual to our viewing. She arrived early and showed me around the home I am really interested to buy. As soon as it felt like home Charlotte helped me every step to make my dream come true. Avoid them if possible. Thief crooks. Make photo of everything on the end of tenancy because they want to keep as much of your deposit as they can with made up reasons. They haven't fixed anything during the tenancy after multiple requests.
