Great staff ..brilliant place from NHS for tests ...

Shocking establishment frequent reminders of appointments which they can't open and provide the service. waiting outside now No notification of cancellation due to staff sickness or shortage. Sad thing is clinician is present but no one can enter the premises. NHS referrals should be seriously reconsidered with this 2 bit organisation.

Quick & efficient. No issues with the service provided whatsoever.The parking is admittedly not the best but there seems to be an agreement with associated businesses to allow temporary parking, which is explained on the front door. Best option is around the side of the premises where the yellow lines are not of sufficient standard to allow for ticketing, not that I expect any parking wardens would visit.

the nurses were lovely however the receptionist clearly did not know what she was doing resulting in my appointment being cancelled as she had not told me proper procedure. it's also a really out of the way location

Late being seen, but once seen staff were great. I would rather go here for a scan than the hospital.

Friendly welcome from support staff butUltrasound person abrupt, impatient, no bed manner or empathyResults not sent to GP had to chase after 10 days, worried about results so just not good enough.

For being few minutes late they said that they won’t do the scan that I have been waiting for, there was only one person waiting to be seen ahead of me, and when I asked to rebook my appointment to the receptionist, said to go to the GP for rebooking I went to the GP they said to me GP only do referrals not redo booking as they don’t have any direct connections with this Center, what is the point of a receptionist. I have rebooked and told me to wait another month for it for a 5 minute scan I have to wait again, but these staff cannot wait for few minutes. I won’t even give them 1 half star. Why are we paying taxes for them to reject us. Disgusting, No wonder why their CQC rating is Under requirement.

Fast, efficient, clean and very helpful, friendly staff! Who would want to go to the hospital when you can go in, get treatment and leave. Would thoroughly recommend
