Shocking company to use. Package sent was damaged. Poor communication had to get in contact twice to try and get a refund.

Very helpful indeed. I Had covid, could not shop for shabbat. On Friday am 10.30, Greg the mgr said he would arrange delivery (3 butcher shops refused). Highly recommended

Never will I order from B Kosher again. If I could give their customer service zero stars I would!They are happy to take your money and ship off your parcel, but as soon as any issues arise they ignore your messages, your emails and your phone calls and don't take an ounce of responsibility.It's been a while since I have come across such a dishonest company. B Kosher does not care about their customers and completely lack any respect or empathy.Our Rosh Hashana order arrived a day late, clearly it had been opened and then resealed. All of the fresh produce was rotten and all our wine stolen. The only thing that was salvageable was the date syrup.I contacted B Kosher right away on all channels and yet there was no acknowledgement for days.We don't live near any kosher stores. So Rosh Hashana came and we had no fresh meat or wine and what did B Kosher do? Absolutely nothing.No apology. No refund. No replacement.If they had replied to my initial messages or calls, there would have still been enough time to send a replacement order before Yom Tov.So it's been 2 weeks since I first contacted them and apparently UPS is investigating what happended to our parcel.Well that's great but now I had my new years ruined and I am out of pocket.When I kindly asked them to process a refund, they just ignored my emails again.How can you run a business like that?!It's not a great way to behave at this time of year.

It's a small shop and some kosher items, I can on a Sunday afternoon and most of the breads were out (makes total sense) could be a tad more clean in general

Good selectionFully stockedPolite courteous staffDifficult to park though.But drive last a bit further and in a side street on the same side you'll find plenty of parking.
