Excellent service from Brandon. I only wanted to hire a wacker plate at short notice, but the service was fantastic, I collected it within 15 minutes of my phone call. It was ready for me as was the paperwork. Brandon put the WP in my vehicle and another member of staff assisted me when I returned it. Over the years I have used every tool hire business in Newport, but none have reached the standard of We Hire Ltd. Thank you

Disatisfied with the lack of communicationI have emailed the company on two occasions about heavy goods vehicles coming down streets before 7am. There is a time limit on certain areas in Newport. I'm am disatisfied that nothing was sorted when I emailed the company back a few months ago. This should have been sorted and all drivers should be made aware of this.
