Excellent service - we needed a bit of electrical help with a 17yr-old Peugeot Boxer motorhome, which they fixed. Very efficient and flexible. Trustworthy and fairly priced. They even slotted us in on the same day (November 2021)! I overheard them dealing with an elderly lady - very polite, kind and professional I thought. Recommended.

We recently received outstanding support recently when the Fiat Ducato turbo on our motorhome lost power while on a holiday to Scotland. Despite a full diary of work, we were asked to bring it in to put the test kit on and see what was going on. The vehicle was not only tested but worked on when we arrived and we were booked in 2 days later for more work. The resulting analysis showed a turbo boost solenoid was likely to be faulty so one was ordered and fitted the next day – success! The vehicle has been faultless since it was fixed – 600 miles later covered so far.There are a few things I would like to highlight: firstly, calling in the morning and being offered a slot in the afternoon is exceptional; secondly, working on the vehicle after it was brought in was also exceptional; thirdly, booking the vehicle in twice more and doing work on it was exceptional; fourthly, the analysis and work done by the engineers was exceptional; fifthly, the additional support given to us was exceptional.I don’t use the work exceptional lightly – or often. Never have I received this kind of service at any garage – ever. My own Fiat dealer would have booked me in, but probably not for at least 2 or 3 weeks. This level of service is very rare indeed in my experience and we are incredibly grateful to the entire team who contributed to getting us back on the road. A massive thank you to the team and well done on exceptional customer service and for your kindness and generosity.

Absolutely brilliant service received this morning on our recovery to Donald Mackenzie, Inverness, with a failed motorhome clutch master cylinder - arrived at 8:30 back on the road by 12:00 cannot fault these guys for their attention and customer service many thanks Donna and your team - CAMC members look no further than this garage if you are in trouble! First of all it must be the only car dealer in Inverness with plenty of parking. The salesman was helpful and patient as we were very particular in the car we wanted. He found a very clean car matching our requirements, we negotiated a good price and they also changed car reg for us at their cost. Best service we have had in a car dealership in Inverness. We were never put under any pressure to make a decision.
