I came across MR. Cool Air Conditioning Maintance just over 5 years ago when we had trouble with our air conditioning system at one of the properties. We had terrible pests invasion over winter, all the wires on the outside unit were destroyed. I called and spoke to Nicolas who was nothing but accommodating, polite, kind, helpful and professional. Despite the issues that were caused by Daikin chain of supply, Nicolas and his team found the solution and fixed the air conditioner unit efficiently at no time and at fare cost. Nicolas is always responsive and friendly, happy to help on a short notice. We have been using his services for over 5 years now at different properties with the peace of mind, that we are always in good hands. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I was particularly impressed with how professionally and diligently Nick of Mr Cool air-conditioning, fixed my ac after I was told by another AC repair company that the outdoor unit was completely brokenbeyond repair thereby saving me thousands of pounds. He was complete honest with me taking me through what fixing it would entail and how much it would cost, which was much lower than replacing the AC system. He was punctual to every meeting and very courteous.
